Asphalt waterproof ventilation sheet

This is the oldest waterproofing method.
Until now, it was common to pour asphalt melted at high temperature and harden it, but we use safer construction methods such as the torch method, which involves heating sheet-like asphalt with a torch and pasting it on.

Polyurethane liquid

This is a method of spreading a liquid waterproofing material to form a waterproof coating.
Just like paint, it may seem easy to apply as it just needs to be applied, but unlike paint, it requires a technique to create a thickness to fully demonstrate its waterproof function.

Construction status

This construction method involves applying a waterproof sheet made from PVC resin or vulcanized rubber. Since the sheet is applied with a waterproof function, it is highly stable and can be combined with insulation materials. Because it is a molded sheet, it has a fixed shape and width, and is used for balconies, common hallways, and staircases.

If your veranda or balcony is damaged, it is possible that the coating on the exterior wall has deteriorated over time and its waterproofing effect has diminished.
Painting companies do not perform waterproofing work. This does not mean that a waterproofing contractor can paint the exterior walls.
